okay so this is very simple. just follow the form below and then remember to put the little [*code]

so, captains and co captains are juniors/seniors only. and only one sport per season, cause it's nearly impossible to get more than that in real life on your plate. the only exception is if your person is doing cheerleading, since it pretty much runs all year. most of the emphasis is during the fall and winter seasons for football and basketball. and when you're sport is accepted we will update your custom title as well if you so choose.[/size][/blockquote][/blockquote]
